Dashboard
Your financial overview at a glance: net worth, simulation success, passive income, savings rate, runway, and how your assets and debts break down. Everything here is derived from what you've entered on the other pages.
The summary cards
- Net Worth — accounts plus assets, minus debts.
- Monte Carlo Success— the success rate from your most recent simulation run, with its date. Shows "—" until you run one on the Simulate page; it does not update live.
- Passive Income — monthly non-salary income plus accessible investment returns. Retirement-account returns are excluded until the owner reaches age 59½.
- Monthly Savings— this month's income minus this month's expenses.
- Runway — how long your liquid money lasts with no income, shown three ways: covering Needs only, Needs + Wants, and everything including Dreams. Restricted accounts (FSA/HSA/529) and pre-59½ retirement accounts are excluded, which is why this can look lower than your total balances.
- Expense Coverage — the share of monthly expenses covered by passive income. 100% is one definition of financial independence.

Charts and breakdowns
Below the cards: an expandable Net Worth + Life Events projection chart with your key events marked, then breakdowns of assets by liquidity and by type (toggle the type chart to see underlying asset-class allocations), and debts by interest-rate bucket and by type.

Good to know
- The dashboard is read-only — to change a number, edit the page it comes from (Accounts, Debts, Income, …).
- Several figures are "this month" snapshots, so they shift as incomes and expenses start or end.
