Artistic Directors

Metzi Henriquez is a graduate of San Francisco’s School of the Arts Dance Department  and has been dancing in the Bay Area for many years.  She has  years of training in Modern Jazz Blues, Ballet, Jazz,Modern, Pilates and Dance Kinesiology. In 1999, Metzi began training and performing with Mestre Carlos Aceituno  and has been inspired by Afro-Latin dances and folklore since.

Jose Rivera began his studies of Afro-Latin music and culture in his native Lima, Peru. He encompasses various forms of folkloric rhythms of Latin America, Africa, and the Caribbean.
